In this demo form the default language is English and the translation for German is set in the form for language shortcut de.
If the lang parameter is not specified, the language setting of the browser will be used. If a form is opened with a language (by parameter or setting in the browser) that is not configured in the Designer, the default language is displayed.
Please note: A language selection in forms can also be implemented with the widget provided by the language switch plugin.
